Summer Shred is an 8 Week home workout training program designed to help you reach the best, badassiest version of you before summertime hits! My goal is to help you fall in love with movement by including the music of all the best summers of our lives whether they were spend in the pit at Warped Tour or sneaking into clubs to dance our asses off during the peak era of the Ying Yang Twins and Lil Jon. We are incorporating weekly workouts covering cardio sessions and strength training, along with weekly coaching and pop challenges. This is for Elder Emos looking to build endurance to mosh around at the festivals all summer, my elder millennial babes looking to pull their inner baddies back to the surface and everyone in between.
