About the Event
This will be a 60 minute dance fitness pop up event! Dont be scared about the intensity levels of yesteryear-- this will be catered to ALL fitness levels with a ton of modifier options i guarantee you if you can walk...you can swing this! And like duh...there will be options for burpees but this is a celebration, a reunion and a fun as hell workout!!!
